Frequently asked questions

  • There is a parking garage with the entrance directly behind the studio. Please walk around to the front of the studio to check in.

  • Reservations are required for attendance. Classes are booked via mobile app or directly on the website.

  • Wear clothing that is comfortable for you to work out in–gymwear that enables an instructor to see and respond to the position of your body in motion. Bring a water bottle and grip socks. If you forget yours, you can buy a pair when you get here! Everything else is provided in the studio.

  • We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before class to get situated. If it is your first time it is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before class.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Credit packs: late cancellations incur a $15 fee and no-shows incur a $30 fee. Memberships: late cancellations incur a $15 fee plus loss of the class, and no-shows incur a $30 fee plus loss of the class. See the purchase agreement for details.

  • Anyone that has a medical limitation should check in with the front desk to decide what is best for them. Sometimes a few private sessions are needed in order to get your body ready for a class. When you do take a class, We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early to discuss any medical limitations or injuries with your instructor so that they can customize your lesson for maximum comfort and effectiveness.

  • We have a complimentary water cooler in the amenities hall next to the lockers, or you can buy a water bottle!

  • Yes- there is a place to store your things while in class.

  • Private sessions are available for one-on-one or two-on-one.

  • We recommend “Beginner” for students who’ve completed less than 5 classes. “Intermediate” classes are appropriate for students who have completed 5-10 classes. “Advanced” is for students who have taken 10+ classes. Please see class descriptions for other suggestions. 

  • You can add yourself to the waitlist up until 30 minutes before the class and you will be notified as soon as a spot opens up for you.
